Purchasing

Q: How to purchase an additional licence for a new doctor commencing at a Practice?
A: You will need to access a running instance of DCP and access the about page then click the manage licences.
Purchase is via Paypal and requires a credit card.
Instructions are here: http://www.doctorscontrolpanel.com.au/licencing.html

Q: Do I need a PayPal Account to purchase a Licence?
A: No. PayPal is only the payment vendor (gateway). You do NOT need to have or create a PayPal account to use it. It merely facilitates the usage of a credit card or debit card.
(Although you can use a PayPal account if you already have one as a payment option.)

Q: Can we only pay for a new DCP subscription using a credit card?
A: You can use a Credit or Debit Card for licence payment (either new or renewal). When paying online, use ‘PayPal’ to pay with. It does NOT require a PayPal account. Paypal is used only as a payment gateway/vendor.
(However if you have your own PayPal account, you can use it if you want as well. Some subscribers actually do.)

Q: Can you direct debit our account for the payment?
A: No, there is no Direct Debit capability.
